Connecting to our fedex account directly and dealing with the clowns at FedEx, specifically label certification, is absolutely ridiculous on the FedEx end, but the tech support for the PoCo app is amazing. They helped me deal with FedEx every step of the way and helped on the WIX end as well. Very attentive and knowledgeable. One thing this app currently lacks though is a freight option for larger heavier items and I'm hoping they add it soon.”
